Costume Design project

This is the project I submitted for the 4h country fair costume design category.

This costume is a mythical creature called a Rubix that I made up, inspired from other mythical animals. It has antlers, the wings of a parrot, and a leopard / fox body. The antlers on the mask are real! The mask is made mainly from cardboard, and has a working jaw.


I like making costumes, and 2 years ago, I made a costume of Patches, a character from my book, The Smallest Griffin.
